We had a great experience purchasing a new appliance from Colonial, they are great to work with and we love supporting small business. Highly recommend shopping with them over big box stores. You actually get a person on the phone when you call!! Plus we called on a Friday and the new appliance was delivered on Tuesday, super fast!

I only went to Colomial Appliance based upon years' of recommendations by the company that serviced my previous washer and dryer. Colonial gives you personalized attention, something not found in Home Depot, etc. You feel that you are dealing with extended family. Their integrity and commitment shines through. I will.only buy future appliances from Colonial.

Absolute pleasure purchasing through Colonial. They beat the price of the big box stores (without us even asking), they were friendly, knowledgeable and we had our new fridge in 3 days (could have been sooner if we weren't having a snow storm!). The delivery personnel were timely, professional and thorough. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!!!

Did an excellent job installing our washer and dryer. Sent 3 guys took off 2 door were very careful not to dent anything cause it went downstairs in our basement. We would definitely use them again.

My refrigerator gave out on Sunday. Monday I went to Colonial and I had a new Fridge installed with no hassles by Tuesday afternoon. They price matched the local big box store and the buying process was quick and seamless. I did not have to endure the torture of aimless non-productive shopping through the aisles of a warehouse with no help in sight. There's a few more purchases I need to make and I look forward to doing more business with Colonial.

When item was ready for delivery, they explained delivery and installation process.
Delivery and installation went well and was quick. Installers explained what had to be done.

Wonderful showroom and sales assistant.
First delivery attempt failed, item came off truck damaged. Lost day of work. Second attempt successful , but lost second day of work. Delivery link showing where truck is the day of delivery not accurate.
Things happen, I understand. I'd still buy from them again.

Colonial Appliance is my Go-To appliance store! So Picking out a replacement secondary fridge was easy w/George. Selected the same model I already had just the updated version. Bought it on Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday. From sales to delivery everyone was courteous and professional and pricing is competitive.

Staff are very well experienced and knowledgeable. They work hard to make sure customers are satisfied before and after leaving the store. Although it is not a big box store, Colonial belongs to a buying co-op they makes them able to match or better the prices of places like Home Depot, etc. They have a deserved good reputation in this area. We'll continue to go to them.for our appliance needs. UPDATE 2024: Just bought a new stove and microwave. The purchasing process could not have been easier or smoother and am delighted with the installation team they contract with.

Whenever I need appliances Colonial is my go to place. I am not an old woman but shopping here reminds me of the way life used to be! The service here is excellent. I always leave there feeling like I have a wealth of information and that I got a great deal. They really take care of their customers. The installers and delivery people are also very professional, courteous and kind. Special thanks to George for taking the time to make sure all of the measurements were exact and for getting me that refrigerator in a hurry! What could have been a very stressful experience was stress free!

Yes, Colonial has a nice selection, and yes, their website is loaded with info but it's their people inside the store that make it so worth it. From the person answering the phone, to the fact that anybody you talk to is knowledgeable, to being extra fortunate to have Frank Yannotta as our actual sales rep that made our experience seamless. Frank was extremely knowledgeable with all specifications of all the appliances we wanted. He made wonderful suggestions, was mindful of our budget, and came up with a great plan. He didn't care how many times we changed our mind and was super responsive. Delivery was on time with notifications leading up to the actual drop off delivery. Five out of five star easily given. Forget about the big box store. Go to Colonial.

All of our sales people throughout the years have always a pleasure to work with. Our latest project was our biggest, redoing our kitchen.
