Could not have been an easier purchase. I found an outdoor beverage fridge I wanted online a year ago. A year later, I walked in, without an appointment, and they found the item in two models that I wanted quickly. They helped me compare the two models, and delivered a few days later. The delivery team arrived early (unheard of!). Easy peasy. Will definitely be returning for my appliance purchases.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about appliance options. Everyone was extremely helpful and never felt rushed. Scheduling delivery was a breeze and installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend everyone to buy their appliances at Colonial. Kudos to Carl and his team.

I purchased a new Maytag washing machine from colonial. Noticed that it was very noisy running a load so I called. Alex had me submit a video to him and said after reviewing it, they were sending a crew out to try to balance the machine or replace it. They came out within two days and replaced the machine. So easy to work with purchasing your appliances. Prices are competitive and quality is better. I wouldn't purchase appliances anywhere else.

Friendly salespeople that have listened to my needs for over 20 years. They respond to phone calls, are very helpful and honest. I don't need to shop around, I get what I want quickly, no time wasted. Their installer is excellent too!

Went in to inquire about a dishwasher and received a high level of support and addressed all of my questions. Order process and delivery was seamless. From order to installation, it took 2 days and was extremely fast. Overall would recommend them!

I bought a washer at a competitive price and they did a great job with the installation. I have an old house with a narrow stairwell but they were able to swap out the old one and install the new one without any problems.

We have been a regular customer at colonial appliances. We continue to update our kitchen using their products. They are quick they are convenient they are local they also provide service to send someone to your home if you have a questions about using your new products. Aa seniors we always look around for the best pricing, either senior discount or a veterans discount, and colonial beat the prices of any place that offered those discounts. Can’t go wrong using colonial for your large appliances. Thanks.

We worked with Thomas, who assisted us with our every question, including assisting us to schedule our delivery around our kitchen renovations which were taking longer than expected. He was easy to contact, responsive, and friendly. Very pleased with the experience. We also needed to make an exchange when we mistakenly ordered the wrong vent size. The entire exchange process was exceedingly easy (thankfully) and we were able to get our correctly sized vent quickly!

I only went to Colomial Appliance based upon years' of recommendations by the company that serviced my previous washer and dryer. Colonial gives you personalized attention, something not found in Home Depot, etc. You feel that you are dealing with extended family. Their integrity and commitment shines through. I will.only buy future appliances from Colonial.

Absolute pleasure purchasing through Colonial. They beat the price of the big box stores (without us even asking), they were friendly, knowledgeable and we had our new fridge in 3 days (could have been sooner if we weren't having a snow storm!).
