Update: COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

 

Appliance Availability / Order Wait Times (as of October 1, 2020):

This is an update on the current situation for appliance orders.  As we are all navigating a very difficult world right now, the appliance industry is experiencing unprecedented availability issues.

Due to COVID-19, some factories were closed in April and May, and as a result, fell way behind in production.  Since then, some factories are operating with limited production due to staffing issues and others are finally up to near 100% production but are missing components that ship from overseas to complete assembly.  As a result, some factories are over sold in almost every category.  This was an unforeseen circumstance, which has gotten worse over the last 6 weeks, and is the reason for the delay in fulfilling orders.

Fortunately, we are a member of Appliance Dealer Cooperative, an appliance buying group, located in Monroe, NJ.  We have over 200 members with over 275 storefronts, which gives us the ability to provide the same pricing and availability as the big box stores.  Our warehouses normally have inventory in excess of 30 million dollars but are now currently less than half of that.  Our buyers have over 250,000 appliances on order with the factories, which are shipping to us daily, but much slower than normal.  Since this is a factory issue, the entire retail appliance industry is in the same situation.  Our pledge to you, our valued customer, is that as soon as your order arrives in New Jersey, it will be rushed to you.  Our delivery and install teams are working 6 days a week to fulfill orders as soon as they arrive. 

We apologize for the delay.  We do have several options: you can continue to wait for the factories to satisfy your open order which can take up to an additional 6-8 weeks, switch to an alternate available model, or be refunded upon request.  Thank you for your patience & your continued support as we all try to navigate through these trying times.
